1. How will I know where my vehicle is once I arrive at the Honolulu International Airport?

There will be someone there to greet you, holding a card with you name on it. He/She will assist you with your luggage and direct you to your vehicle.

 

2. When I am waiting at my hotel or other pick up location, how will I recognize my vehicle?

All of the shuttles in our fleet have “Island Transporter” printed on the side, as well as a picture of an island scene on the window. If for some reason we do not meet, you will receive a phone call from your driver.

 

3. Do you offer other services, besides airport shuttles?

We offer many services including tours, wedding transportation, charters, and transportation to Waikiki.

 

4. Do you offer wedding transportation services?

We offer wedding packages that will be personally tailored to help you with flawless service on your big day. To make arrangements, please contact us directly at (808) 293-5877 or look for us on TheKnot.com.

 

5. Do you offer tours?

We offer a wide variety of tours. Click here for our tour list. Generally your driver will accommodate any changes to the standard itinerary, if it falls within the time period allocated to that tour.

 

6. What if I go beyond my allotted time with the vehicle?

As long as the vehicle is available we can extend your booking so that you can continue to enjoy our island paradise. Charter rates will apply.

 

7. What if my flight is late/early?

We will be tracking your flight. Whether it is late, early or on time - we will be there to pick you up. We guarantee that you will not wait longer than 20 minutes for your vehicle, from the time that you arrive at your pickup spot.

 

8. Is this a private shuttle?

We are unable to guarantee a private vehicle at shuttle rates. Private vehicles can be arranged at a higher rate. 

 

9. Is it possible for me to request extra stops?

There is an additional fee of $25 for each stop along the transfer route for all private vehicle bookings. 

 

10. How do I make a reservation?

11. May I pay with cash?

Yes. You will need to guarantee your reservations with credit card information, Your card will not be charged if you choose to pay with cash.

 

12. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We request that you book as far in advance as possible to allow us to hold vehicles and assign drivers. However, if vehicles are available, we will take reservations up to 30 minutes prior to your anticipated departure or pickup time. If you book within two hours of your pickup time additional charge of $15.00 will be added to your fare.

 

13. What is your cancellation policy?

There is a $25.00 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time. However, if the cancellation is received after the driver has been dispatched, the full amount will be charged to the account or credit card on file.

 

14. Is my driver’s gratuity included in the cost of the reservation?

No, gratuity is not included. A 15-18% gratuity will be greatly appreciated by your driver. Please let your reservationist know if you would like to add this charge to your booking.
